Woodward, Oklahoma

Coach Pfeifer on Hickman: “Right now the game is going a bit faster than Andrew is ready for. With that said, he is constantly improving and his size and heart are more than anyone can ask for. People are constantly amazed he only is a freshman. We are very excited about what the future holds for Andrew.”

Northwestern Oklahoma State (2008-2009): Was a redshirt.

High School: Attended Woodward High school where he averaged a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds per game ... shot 79 percent from the line and an impressive 68 percent from the field ... helped lead his team to the area tournament in 2008 with an 18-7 record ... also reached the regional tournament from 2005-2007 ... named to the Harrah All-Tournament team in 2006 and was a member of KIOI Classic Bowl XX and played in the KOFM All-State game in 2008 ... he was a standout student-athlete as he was a Salutorian and named Who's Who of of American High Schools ... he was a member of the Oklahoma High School Honor Society, an Eagle Scout and was an academic lettewinner, as well as participating in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
